Launch of Three Research Reports

ISLAMABAD, Thursday December 14, 2017: National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) on Thursday launched three research studies encompassing representation of women officers in Pakistan’s Federal Service Commission, access to justice for survivors of sexual assault and Jirga’s role with regard to violence against women.
The event featured presentation of key findings by the researchers followed by comments from distinguished speakers to discuss various aspects of the research studies. The launch event was chaired by Justice (Rtd) Mehta Kailash Nath Kohli. The discussion was moderated by Executive Director Shirkat Gah Farida Shaheed.
